Our team of stylists will work with you to plan and design your wedding styling and element hire, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time, while maintaining a creative and fun atmosphere!
This service covers:
*Initial consultation to discuss your wedding day ideas, inspiration, and budget
*Unlimited phone and email correspondence
*Referral of vendors that complement your brief
*Preparation of a full styling budget tailored to your needs
*Hire itemisation and costing; from cutlery & linen to lighting & furniture
*Full styling proposal which together we shape into a brief, including but not limited to:
* Curation of wedding theme & aesthetic, mood styling and floral boards, colour scheme
breakdown and hire itemisation and costing,
from cutlery and linen to lighting and furnitures
*Streamlining vendors to avail of the most of their packages on offer
*Coordinating of bump in and bump out of all styling suppliers, including inventory and delivery checklists
*Styling of ceremony, canapes and reception venues
*Ceremony pack down, transferring of decor to reception
*Proper endorsements and turnover of guestbooks, wishing well, other personal items to the bride and groom or representative at the end of the reception program
*8 hours of service with your wedding Planner and a wedding coordinator/stylist
Note: As part of this package, you will receive comprehensive On-the-Day coordination, including styling and design, vendor coordination, and overseeing all aspects of the wedding.
