On-the-Day Coordination
We meet with our bridal couples 4-6 weeks out from your big day to fill in the gaps – as much as we make sure the day runs smoothly, we are also there to be sure that nothing has been overlooked or underestimated. We will create a detailed run sheet for both you and all your suppliers to ensure we have a seamless and breathtaking Wedding delivery.
This service covers:
- Exclusive access to your personalized client portal and document templates.
- A comprehensive 1-hour briefing meeting scheduled 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding.
- Reviewing and refining the timeline and floor plan for seamless execution.
- Facilitating communication by distributing relevant documents to vendors.
- Establishing connections with vendors to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Providing on-the-day point of contact and support for a stress-free experience.
- Welcoming guests and assisting throughout the event.
- Coordinating the ceremony entrance in collaboration with vendors.
- Addressing challenges discreetly and proactively.
- Remaining present until reception program is executed according to agreed timeline
- Conducting a walk-through, either onsite or virtually, to reassure you leading up to the wedding.
- Providing onsite coordination for up to 8 hours, overseeing vendor setup for both ceremony and reception, leaving you to dance the night away with loved ones!
Note: Our On-The-Day Coordination Package does not include Styling in its entirety. However, we will implement your customized Styling brief, exercising discretion where necessary to ensure your vision is realized.
